§ 1. General Provisions
- These Terms of Service govern the use of the website and services provided by Prism HR Innovations AB, located at Kungsgatan 33, 111 56 Stockholm, Sweden. They constitute a binding agreement between the User and Prism HR Innovations AB.
- By accessing or using the Platform, the User agrees to be bound by these Regulations. If the User does not agree to these terms, they should refrain from using the Platform and its Services.
- The services are intended for business clients (companies seeking employees) and individual users (candidates seeking employment). Specific conditions may apply to different user types as outlined herein.
- Prism HR Innovations AB reserves the right to amend these Regulations at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
§ 2. Definitions
- Platform – The website available at prismhr.se, including all its functionalities and tools provided by Prism HR Innovations AB.
- User – Any natural person or legal entity using the Platform, including clients (Employers) and candidates (Job Seekers).
- Account – A personal profile created by a User on the Platform to access specific Services, such as a candidate profile or client portal.
- Services – All services provided by Prism HR Innovations AB, including talent acquisition, personnel assessment, and access to HR-Tech solutions.
- Regulations – This document, the Terms of Service, which defines the rules for using the Platform and Services.
§ 3. Type and Scope of Services Provided
- Prism HR Innovations AB provides comprehensive recruitment services, which include sourcing, vetting, assessing, and presenting candidates to clients based on agreed-upon role specifications. The final hiring decision always rests with the client.
- We provide candidates with the opportunity to create a profile in our talent pool, making them eligible for consideration for current and future job openings with our clients. This service is free of charge for candidates.
- The Platform may also provide access to proprietary or third-party HR-Tech software solutions, the use of which may be subject to separate license agreements and fees.
- All information provided on the Platform, including articles and market insights, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
§ 4. Technical Requirements
- To use the Platform, the User must have a device with internet access and a modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
- Prism HR Innovations AB is not responsible for any disruptions in the functioning of the Platform resulting from technical issues on the User's side.
- The User is responsible for ensuring the security of their login credentials and preventing unauthorized access to their Account.
§ 5. Rights and Obligations of the User
- The User agrees to provide true, accurate, and complete information when creating an Account and using the Services. The User is responsible for keeping this information updated.
- The User is prohibited from using the Platform for any unlawful purposes, including transmitting content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of third parties.
- Candidates grant Prism HR Innovations AB the right to process their personal data for recruitment purposes and to share it with potential employers, subject to the conditions outlined in the Privacy Policy.
- Clients agree to pay for services rendered in accordance with the terms of their individual service agreement. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
- The User must not take any action that could compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the Platform and its Services.
§ 6. Final Provisions
- Any disputes arising from the provision of Services under these Regulations shall be governed by Swedish law and resolved by the competent courts in Stockholm, Sweden.
- If any provision of these Regulations is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- For matters not covered by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Swedish Civil Code and other applicable laws shall apply.
